Frisolac Gold Stage 1

I am giving my baby frisolac gold stage 1 and i notice mild constipation, low stool with dryness. Will it be alright if i add probiotics to the milk and feed? Or should i change the formula milk to other brands? Must i consult the pd before deciding to give probiotics?

No need consult pd. I will just give if the packaging says ok for infant beyond his or her age. But do look out for any allergies.
