I just give birth 3 weeks ago and I try to latch my baby whenever there's demand unless my She is asleep . It seems i will start to have milk leak and my breast is very full and painful every 2 hrs apart. Does mummy have the same issue?How to cope if I am to return work as I believe I could not afford to pump every 2 hrs ?

This is a good problem as many mummies do not have good supply like u. What I Realised was, if I don pump out the bm, it will stop producing as much as it used to be. As we know that, it is a demand and supply thingy, the mind and body will detect ur lower demand and not produce that much to meet. I prolonged my pumping from 2hours to 3 hours. My supply dropped but still good yield.
