I just gave birth last February 13, 2019. Ano po ba ang magandang birth control para sa inyo na pwede kong gawin? Like, contraceptives? withrawal method? condoms? And if contraceptives man sagot mo, ano po ba ang magandang brand? At how soon from giving birth po ba ito iinumin? Thank you!!!

Hello mga momshies,,,i am a firstimer mommy,,,ask lng po ako if my pills na pweding e take while.nag papa breastfeed Then pweding pang control po. Thank you po😊😊
