I just gave birth last February 13, 2019. Ano po ba ang magandang birth control para sa inyo na pwede kong gawin? Like, contraceptives? withrawal method? condoms? And if contraceptives man sagot mo, ano po ba ang magandang brand? At how soon from giving birth po ba ito iinumin? Thank you!!!

after 1month and 2wks ung daphney pills and pde sya sa bf kung bf ka.. di safe sa irregular mens ang withdrawal lang mbubuntis ka . condom nlng or injectable. mgndang pills dianne pero hiyangan dn tlga.
