I finally organised all of baby's clothes in her dresser and then it hit me, should I have pre-washed them all before she's born?

Yes absolutely need to wash. You never know who touched them or where they landed before you brought it home. There will be germs. And when baby is just born they are way too sensitive and delicate. Please wash and sun dry.
