Fibre coming out of baby’s clothes

So I started washing my baby’s clothes recently and I noticed these fibres coming out and just floating all over when you shake the clothes. Initially I thought it was because it wasn’t washed properly so I washed it again but it’s still happening. Is this normal and is this still safe for the baby to wear? O.o I’m worried about it getting inhaled. #firsttimemom #pleasehelp
