Hungry but cant eat

I am feeling really hungry but doesnt have any appetite to eat. Just thinking about food makes me feel nausea so bad. Ive been feeling this way for 2 weeks aready. I just want to lay down as i dont feel nausea when i do.

Sabi nila pag babae ang baby, maselan sa pagbubuntis, nsusuka daw at maselan tlga sa pagkain.. baliktad saken baby girl ang baby ko pero wala ako nahihindian na foods since nalaman ko na buntis ako😂
