Does anyone of you experience numbness on your right hand after giving birth?

Hi all, I am experiencing numbness on my right hand (especially after I sleep at night).. i am doing full breastfeeding now and I only experience after I gave birth. I want to know if this is related to breastfeeding? Please help. It goes off after awhile but it last for 5-10mins for sure.

Thanks for your comment :)

hi mummy! i gave birth 3 weeks ago and still have it. my gynae told me that it's normal and can last for a couple of months. this is due to water retention and carrying the baby for an extended period, but will go away eventually. take care!

Thanks for your information. I am also intending to ask my gynae soon bcoz it’s the hand that is not used for carrying baby. So not sure if it applies the same?
