BF journey

I am a EP mom. Recently my boots is getting softer and softer before i pump. Does that means that my BF journey is coming to an end? But at the end of the day, i still can managed to pump the amount that everyday u can yield.

Your body has come to understand how often to “refill” the milk to suit your pumping needs. That’s why your breasts are soft and yet you’re able to pump enough:) Some people who pump regularly can go on pumping for very long. I think it’s up to you to decide when you want to wean it off. As you pump less frequently, your body will gradually slow down and eventually stop the milk production.

Usually i will pump 4 times a day as i am working. However during weekends i will tend to pump 3 times. Will it drop my milk eventually?
