hello po. ask ko po how much protein i should be eating? sabi po kc ob sugar kay mommy protein kay baby. yun last ultrasound po kc namention na mas malaki ung head ng baby ko for a 31 wks - pang 33 wks daw and body nya ay nasa around 30 wks and 5 days ish. is there a way to make it balanced? may way ba na sa body mapunta nutrients like ano dapat to eat to develop ung parts? like what food to eat and how much serving? should i lessen my eating of protein? im currently week 32 day 6. and may slight na manas sa hand and foot. hopefully magkareply pa rin.. thank you
