Hi mommy! Share it with your husband kng ano po yung nararamdaman nyo or nasa isip nyo para alam niya po. Hanap din kayo ng friend that you can trust na mapaglabasan nyo ng mga frustrations. Don't let it keep in yourself. And most of all ask God for help and protection against all evil thoughts, you can talk to God and burst out all your emotions po. Na cocontrol po kasi ni satan yung mind natin so don't let it happen. I experienced PPD before and by God's grace I am now ok and happy with kids. Just look at your kids and you'll realize that you want to live more and see them growing 🙏🙏

Mommy, seek help from a doctor po to cure you. Di lang po yan thru meds din, may activity din po kayo gagawin/ipapagawa ni doc para ma overcome yan. Hope you would consider this po. Cyberhug to you 💖

Mommy pray lang po and stay positive. Try to talk to your hubby kasi sya unang makikinig sayo. tignan mo lang lagi si baby para mawala po stress mo 😊
