First Appt at 16 weeks

Question

Hello Mummies and Mummies to be, I could only secure my first gynae appointment at 16 weeks with my chosen gynae (shes popular hence the waiting time). This is not my first pregnancy but definitely the longest I will have to wait for the first appt. I am unsure if I should go for an initial scan and where to go about since I already selected a gynae? #advicepls

I would advice to schedule a visit with a private gynae first while waiting. Be it 1st 2nd 3rd pregnancy, 1st trimester is very crucial and I wouldn’t risk it.
