No pregnancy symptoms at week 6

Hi i currently at week 6 but i did not experience any symptoms at all. Is this normal? Btw went to GP yesterday n she ask me go poly for referral? May i know what will the doctor at poly do? They took blood test etc?

It's normal. Some pregnant ladies will not experience any symptoms at all during the early stage.
