Is it safe to use Vitamin E Cream made in thailand during pregnancy?

I am currently 19weeks pregnant and I started to feel that my tummy is a bit stretching. I am also having a dry skin though I'm drinking a lot of water daily. Can you recommend some product that helps nourish the skin and safe during pregnancy?
