Helppppp… blocked nose for 2 weeks

Hi ladies, i have beeen having stuffy/blocked nose for almost 2 weeks 😑 any remedy to it?? Any idea what medication can we take during pregnancy? Usually my nose not like that one, not sure if its due to pregnancy.. googled.. not sure isit Rhinitis😅
