I am craving for salted peanuts and chips but my friends are advising me to stay out of salty food because I am four months pregnant . Are there any healthy replacements that can still satisfy my cravings?

Try some almonds or pistachio. Nuts are generally healthy for pregnant women. Lucky you, you're craving for something healthy. I remember when I was pregnant, I used to crave for fat, juicy burgers. :P
