Domestic Helper Dental.

Hi. May I check what do you do if your helper request for dental? Currently my helper has a very bad decay front tooth. Will you advise to pluck it out or do filling? Paid by themself or employer ？how do you manage this situation as dental in Singapore is not cheap already and domestic medical will be even more expensive. Need advise on this situation.
