happend to me too, I keep waking up every few minutes until I'm wide awake at 2am. it caused me to have anxiety episodes. taking magensium supplement and doing magnesium foot soaks helps my body to relax and give me a good 3-4 hours of sleep(this started a month ago im at week 17 and its improving, i cn sleep longer now). but if in doubt consult your doctor. alternatively, try to regulate ur sleeping time eg. always go to bed at the same time. n only use the bed when you are going to sleep.
I went to see a chiropractor for my sleep issue initially cos my body was aching so much. I think it helped but subsequently realise I don’t sleep well because of some anxiety that happened during the day and my body still haven’t recovered from that anxiety! But the next day I’ll just do a lot of yoga, deep breathing and go for long walks. Talked a lot to hubby to ease the anxiety. These helped me and I’ve been having good sleep since.
