How to apply VIP again?

I applied for VIO buy I was rejected due to lack of follower. How do I apply again? I can't find it. Is it a glitch or do we only have 1 chance?

The vip button seems to hv a glitch. It leads me to the main page back again. Maybe u want to get in touch thru the feedback form?
