I am a vegetarian but ive heard that some nonveg foods like eggs/chicken are good for kids, by when can i start for my 19 month old as she still doesnt bite/chew properly and can i get some recipes for the same??

There are many Vegetarian options also available. Once she starts eating solid food you can try for Beans, Lentils, Peanut Butter and Yogurt. They will like Yogurt. Beans and Lentils are difficult to digest so make sure you give them boiled ones
