Take a walk po mommy. Atleast 15 minutes twice or trice a day.Pero mas maganda po kung mas matagal kayo makakapag lakad lakad basta kaya niyo po. Kelangan po kahit papano matagtag para madali lang din po kayo maka-ire.

Maglakad ka sis sa mall para di mo mapansin na malayo na pala nilalakad mo.
