Like what Poonam said, please bring to the doctor ASAP! Moving forward, there's no need to clean your earhole (not even for adults actually) because they are actually good stuff that protects, lubricates and is anti bacterial - there are only a small handful of people who have excessive earwax issues and should consult ENTs before doing anything. Because our toddlers are so small, we shouldn't clean their earholes at all - and when they move about, it may risk getting injury within the ear when they try to push us away or move about :)

Please take him to an ENT immediately.
