itchy

Hi I am 7 week pregnant. Currently I am having bad rash or itch (I don't know what it is) on my legs. Anybody face this? How to ease the itch?

I had it in my second trimester. I did got some cream from the doctor but it wasnt very effective. So I applied snake powder at night after shower.
