Trying To Conceive

Ate batang fish

I am 6 week pregnant. I miscalculated and eat one batang fish noodle soup and One small piece of salmon for the week. Realised that i have exceeded the recommended mercury level for the week. Has anyone had that too? Did baby turn out okay?

Is ok. You don’t eat in large quantity . And now that you are more aware, can be more careful
