Too much fish (mercury) intake during confinement

I just started my confinement and have been taken 2 servings of low mercury fish (cod & threadfin) daily for a week - total 14 servings in 1 week. However just realised that recommended serving for breastfeeding mom is 2-3 servings per week. Should I worried if it will affect my baby since I'm breastfeeding? I'm concerned if any mercury build up will affect my child.

You can do cod fish/threadfin/salmon/beef as alternative during the week. Or you can take spinach with soup. Alternatively, you can look into Google for meal planning. Cod fish/spinach helps alot in milk supply. I didnt take much for this two as I will have engorgement.

Just check which codfish you’re having, some are Chilean seabass sold as codfish and those have high mercury and should be taken 1x a week:) there was an mothership article a while back on that
