Hi I 6 week pregnant .. I cannot stop smoking .. it's very hard for me to stop ?.. I really need some tips and help..

Whenever you feel like smoking do think about your baby first cause smoking 《ciggarette》and vaping it will harm your innocent tiny little baby life
