Hi I 6 week pregnant .. I cannot stop smoking .. it's very hard for me to stop ?.. I really need some tips and help..

Yeah, it's hard for someone to quit smoking easily. But you can try vaping if you can quit smoking easily.

Hi! I would say even if someone is pregnant and want to quit smoking 《ciggarette》 it is not recommended for them to vape if they already quit on cigarette cause it will still harm the baby be it they vape or they smoke 《cigarette》
