smoking problem

Hi I 6 week pregnant .. I cannot stop smoking .. it's very hard for me to stop ?.. I really need some tips and help..

Hi, I understand that it is hard for you to stop, but please try some nicotine patch etc. to stop smoking as it is for the best of your baby
