I am 43yo and I recently met the love of my life and got married. Now am planning to start my family but I have already heard horror stories of how I may not be able to conceive. Can anybody guide me and remove my fears?

Do not listen to any stories form anyone. Instead, visit a doctor and get all your doubts cleared. Every one's body's biology is different and the fact that you are 43 doesn't mean you cannot conceive. But, yes, if you will remain so stressed about whether you will conceive or not, then it will actually dip down your chances. Haven't you seen so many Hollywood stars having babies in their 40s. Also, don't have any hang up, even if you face any problem, there are many ways that your doctor can help you to consider to have a baby.
