edd on April 20th

I am 39 weeks my edd is April 20th 3 days from now I have this brownish discharge and stomach cramps ,I feel like going to the bathroom to urinate once inawhile it my stomach aches at night ,do I need to go to the hospital or wait till my edd

Kun wala po sana ecq ngaun pwede nyo pachej hospital kaso sa situation bk d p kau accept. Kun my dugo or water na po sk kun matindi sakit pwede kau takbo hospital
