Hi there, Being in your second trimester is already tiring. On top of that you have to work and go home to a toddler who also need your attention. I’m sure you’re exhausted! If you don’t have appetite, maybe try a liquid diet.. soup or smoothies can give you some of the nutrition you need too. Don’t forget your vitamins! Take care!
