Wound with Pus

I am 20 weeks pregnant now. I have this wound with severe pain and with pus. It repeatedly comes back even it has been cleaned. How to treat this wound? Thanks.

kmusta mommy? pag dini drained po kailngn ilabas lahat, tiis po tlga.. linisin mo rin with betadine, mupirocin ointment po nilalagay ko sa sugat ko nung preggy pa.
