Wrist Pain (really Need To Know)

I am on my 18th weeks this week. And i have a wrist pain like 2 days now. Is it normal? I dont know if it is a pregnancy syndrome or it is just a pain. But to be sure yes i dint carry anything for this 2 days. Amyone can explain om this?
