How to parent together with a husband who is not committed and negligent in child matters

Husband is passive (only like to focus on his own life) and careless (eg dissolve salt in 60 ml instead of 120ml for nasal rinse for a 2yo). Not going down the path of divorce but want to learn how to manage and not affect my child.

Tough one this. He is really missing out. I have loved being a dad, but I guess people are different. Do you know his reason for why he is like that?

I say just leave him be. Some folks are not nurturing by nature. Over time, your kid(s) will become distant with him, and he’ll regret it.
