Happiest birthday to your hubby! You might want to checkout District 10 @ Suntec. They claim to specialise in dry-aged beef plus they have a variety of wines that you can pair with your choice of steak! The area too is not so big yet it is very cozy. I recently went to Bedrock Bar & Grill in Somerset! It was amazing. Their steak and beef ribs are the best I've tried in Singapore. They also serve fresh bread made to order, with roasted garlic, you've definitely got to try this! http://bedrock.com.sg/

I really liked the Waygu steak at Brewerks at Clarke Quay! My ex-husband had some for his birthday a few years ago and up until today, I still do crave for it pretty often
