Sex advise for confuse mom?

How you spice up your sex live as a marriage couple? I keep questioning my self if I don’t get an orgasm anymore after giving birth via c-section or is it just me? My husband always did his best for me but seem like somethings missing i just don’t feel like myself before. How you overcome this as a mother?
