Csect pain

How do you tolerate the csect area pain when coughing or sneezing? The force is making the area very painful though.

Mum of 2 beautiful girls

Use a small pillow or towel, place it over the wound area, and press in towards your tummy when you sneeze/cough. Remember to take your painkillers too ❤️
