You can take a look at these two articles: https://thestoryteller.me/2009/01/21/separation-anxiety-in-twins/ http://www.mytwinlink.com/public/Separation_Anxiety_for_Twins.cfm The main thing a parent can do is to highlight the individuality of each twin, to point out to them that they are unique as individuals. This may help minimize their dependency on each other. That being said, according to both articles, separation anxiety is common for children below the ages of 3 and one need not be overly concerned about it. Hope those articles help!

What i do is, there must be another caregiver to look after them. So when the caregiver is there to look after them, you should be doing ur things and not care tgt, hence they will also adapt with the caregiver well. When i'm nt around, he is ok with my Gmil, when I'm around, i have no choice but to let him stick to me, but mine is 1 year old plus. My 2 girl year old is abt the same. Same way.

Be positive and keep telling them that you are just leaving for awhile and would be back for them soon. This is a phrase everyone would have to go through and soon they will grow out of it. You just got to be firm and positive.
