How do you reward your helpers/yaya's?

For our helper and yaya, being happy in their work is reward in itself. They're genuinely so happy because they love their alagas (my daughter and our dog). They tell us that when they're on day off, they miss them! So we make sure that they have a good working environment. We provide them with good food, coffee/Milo, competitive pay (advances upon request), benefits, and fair treatment (never overworked). Sometimes we also give gifts to their kids/family (cash and kind) so they have extra to bring home.

Monetary allowance is once way, but sometimes it helps that they get an extra day off once in a while. Especially if they're working really hard.
