How can we properly teach kids not to mock or sometimes bully other children who are disabled without sounding mean?

I'm going to tell this to my daughter. That everytime we'll see a person with disability, we should pray for him or her that the Lord may Bless him and protect him from any harm. I'll always remind my daughter to help a person on a wheelchair to cross the street or enter into an establishment, give them the priority seats in public vehicles. With these, I think, my daughter will realize to respect anyone whether disabled or not.
