How do parents tell their children how babies are made? :)

If the child is still young, below 10 years, you can say something really vague but factual like, "When a man and a woman loves each other". But if they are older than that, I'd say just be as factual as possible. I personally feel that it is never too soon to start educating kids about the birds and the bees.
