Sterilised Breast Pump

Usually aft every use when I'm home but I use the fridge hack at work as there's no time to wash and sterilise. But for this I'll limit to 2-3 uses. So far my 6 mo baby has no digestive issues. I think if ur baby is 3 months and below, best to sterilise aft every use.

Personally I sterilised after every use. Some mums put the parts in the fridge and sterilise after a few uses, but I didn’t want to take the risk. My kids had no tummy issues throughout my pumping period.
