How often do you cut your baby’s nails? Do you use nail cutters intended for babies?

My wife does that job pretty well. She does it while feeding and baby falls asleep. Yes she use nail cutter. But she does not do in one shot one hand today another tomorrow and only when she notice nail is big enough to cut
