Breastmilk supply is always a demand and supply issue. The more you nurse, the more milk you'd produce, so do nurse on demand, watch the baby's cue rather than the clock. The most important thing is to ensure that your lo is latching on correctly, a correct latch will alway improve nursing which will improve supply. Pls seek a lactation consultant's advice if you need help with latching. You can also check out this link for more information on how to up supply. http://kellymom.com/hot-topics/low-supply/

Drink at least 2L of water, and latch on demand (first 6 weeks PP).

But you know confinement couldn't drink water except red dates? Haha
