How much water usually for one scoop formula milk? Too much worry phlegm causing, not enough worry baby not full. Why my infant sleep not tight? Always wake up and cry.

Hi there. You can follow the instructions for formula milk, if too much phlegm, might need to consider switching formula milk. Infants wake up every 3 hours for milk
