How much average weight gain per month during pregnancy? I'm 19 weeks and gain 4kg for the last month. is this normal?

bmi overweight : gain weight within 7-11kg along the pregnancy. bmi obese : should not gain weight more than 11kg underweight : need to gain more weight atleast 1kg per month.
