A friend of mine shared that a salt water rinse is a great natural remedy. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt in one cup of warm water. After breastfeeding, soak the cracked nipple in a small bowl of warm saline solution for 1 minute or long enough for the saline to get onto all areas of the nipple. If not, put the saline solution into a squeeze bottle and squirt it on gently; use plenty of saline, making sure to get it on all areas of broken skin. Don't do soak for more than 5 minutes, it will hurt. Pat dry very gently with a soft paper towel. If your baby objects to the taste of the leftover salt from the rinse, wash off directly before nursing.
I agree with what other mummies have suggested. Using BM, nipple creams will help. Other factor you may want to check is the latching position of your LO. If really painfully, maybe you want to hand express instead of pump? You can read up from the link below for more info.=) http://kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mother/nipplehealing/
Apply nipple cream after each feed and leave it to dry before covering it with yr breastpad. Need to do it each and every time after feeding. Even when u feel it is ok already. Do it for another 3 days to protect it. Before feeding, just express a little to the aerola area to moisture it.
I would suggest you to have hands express milk as pump are strong in suction may cause cracked nipples uncomfortable at the same time, apply breastmilk over nipple use nipple shell to cover first rather then breastpad, cold cabbage did helps too hope it will help you
It'll took awhile to season. After apply bm or nipple cream, remember to let it air for awhile. When you pump try use a lower suction level, it' may help. Won't suggest cold cabbage, incase it stop ur supply out of sudden if you do it wrongly or too long.

Try getting your LO to latch on deeper.consult a Lactation consultant if need be to assist you with the latch because you gotta protect those nippies!
Use panthenol but be careful it shouldn't touch your baby's mouth If you have a good latch you won't suffer from sour nipples
Try doing light oil massage for cracked nipples, you can also try nipple cream if you find anything suitable.
