How long do you recover from a major operation such as the C-Section Delivery at kailan pwede maclear to do physical exercises?

ako naka binder ako until 3weeks dahil hirap ako sa pag galaw2x feeling ko mapupunit sya dahil masakit pa. . na stress kasi ako ng after panganak dahil na nicu anak ko for 4 days every 3-4 hours ko nilalakad ang nicu galing ward para mag pa breastfeed. pero mga after 2 months mejo ok na naman.. gusto ko ikeep ang binder kaso nagkaka skin allergy ako pag napapawisan tummy ko sa binder.

Normal day to day activities become doable after 2 weeks, pero may slight sting padin. I tried Yoga after 6weeks, di padin kinaya. I tried again after 6 months and it was ok. Each person's recovery is different but the average for physical exercises is at 6 months. You can try then, pero kapag masakit padin, stop muna then try again after a month.

2 weeks I'm kinda doing good na.. 2 months after jogging jogging lang. 6 mos after, mejo nag weweights na pero hindi mas mabigat sa baby ko saka hindi marami repeats. Super light lang saka support na nakaupo. Basta no engaging of the core.

actually mommy 3yrs to 5yrs yung pinka mild healing ng cs.. 13yrs yung totally galing nya, as per ob. consult your ob mommy, always ware your binder para di lumaki ang tummy, 4months na si lo ko nagbabinder padin ako.

2 weeks after CS, nakakapag walis na ko at linis ng bahay. I thought magaling na ko, turns out, di ko lang pala nararamdaman yung pain dahil sa pain reliever 😂😂

1 month. super paranoid and careful ako sa tahi at baka bumuka tulad nung sa 1st baby ko, akyat panaog sa hagdan kaya bumuka tahi kahit halos one month. ingat momsh.

hindi naman sya excruciating pain, pero uncomfortable lang gumalaw.

Cs 2 weeks na. nawala naman na dugo ko last week pa, bumulwak lang ngayon. any tips mga moms?

Ako mga 4-6 weeks lang then balik normal na ang lahat ng ginagawa ko sa bahay/work..

12 weeks po nag yoga na ko ok nmn as per ob 6 months pwede na mag abs workout.

1 week lang ako nakarecover na nung 2 weeks nakakagawa na ko sa bahay
