It depend on how much you drink. Once I drank alot so I pump and throw for the next 24 hour to be safe. One time I drank 5 glass of wine I only pump 3 hour later. If you want to be safe is pump and throw. Cos I took dom during confinement I don't think there's a need to throw if small amount.
