How do you know that you've emptied your breast milk? Does it mean that when you try to hand express it, there won't be milk coming out? I can't feel the flow of the milk coming out from the nipples too, even though there is milk coming out.

It usually feels very soft compared to before you pump. I don't think there is a way to fully empty your breast.

Your boobs will never be empty. The best way to know if it's emptied is when it's really soft.
